Fewer questions.
Orders you can make.

For you: the options, the prices and your rules in one place, and every order arriving as a specification instead of a conversation. For your buyer: the product they are putting together, on screen, with its price, before they pay for anything.

The benefits, one by one

Six things a customiser does
that a product photo cannot.

It shows the thing

A form asks the buyer to imagine the product. A customiser shows the one they are building, from any angle.

It prices as they go

Every option carries its price, so the figure on screen is the figure for what they made. No range to interpret.

It keeps your rules

Which parts fit, which finishes exist, what never goes together. Drawn once, kept on every order.

It hands over a specification

The choices, the design and the price arrive with the order, ready to quote or make from.

It answers the usual questions

"Does it come in walnut?" is answered by the buyer clicking walnut, not by you typing back.

It shows you what people choose

Which combinations buyers pick, for your stock and your prices.

Physical or digital, it makes no difference: furniture, jewellery, food, clothing and print, or images, documents and pages. The three kinds of customiser

About the numbers

This is where the percentage
would usually go.

Pages like this one tend to promise a figure: more sales, fewer returns, happier customers, with a large number and a small footnote. We help you sell more; that is what we are for. But a figure needs a customer who agrees to be counted and a method we can show, and until we have both there is no figure here.

No percentage here

Every number we do print has its method written down.

How we count

One order,
from the first click to the workshop.

A customiser does its best work beside its neighbours among our 36 products. An illustration, not a real order: nobody here owns a walnut desk this size.

Walnut, 160 cm, the drawer on the left. The price moved twice. Still yes. Configuration saved. The legs that do not fit a 160 cm top were never on offer. Paid. Confirmation sent. Order read, every option matched to the product list, written to the workshop sheet. Answered "how long does oiling take?" from your own delivery page. Coffee first. Then the desk. No questions to answer.

Your product,

Tell us what you sell and what buyers ask to change. We map out what fits, the customiser and its neighbours included, and we say so when a customiser is not the answer.
